DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

DELIVERY

Preparation and shipping:
At Carré Blanc Belux, your orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For orders that include embroidery, an additional production time may extend the shipping time by up to 5 days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow each stage of delivery.

Delivery to BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG & NETHERLANDS

DPD Relay Point – Delivery in 3 to 4 working days | €4.90, free for purchases over €59.

DPD Home – Delivery in 3 to 4 working days | €5.90, free for purchases over €89.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Carré Blanc, you have 14 days to return your products to us in order to make an exchange, request a credit or a refund (excluding delivery costs).

Return conditions:


  • Returned products must be clean and folded.

  • Items personalized with embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged. We therefore advise you to carefully check your initials and the color of your embroidery before confirming the order.

  • The refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the product in our warehouse, directly to the bank card or PayPal account used during the purchase.

Return for defect or non-conformity:
If you receive a product with a defect or that does not correspond to your order, we invite you to contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will organize the return of the defective product at our expense and offer you a refund or a new shipment.

Return procedure:
To make a return, please contact our customer service at the following address: info@carreblanc.be specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the procedure to follow for the return.

EXCEPTIONAL DEADLINES

During busy periods (sales, inventory, end-of-year holidays, etc.) or school holidays, delivery times may be temporarily extended. Thank you for your understanding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The announced deadlines are not contractual and any possible delay in delivery does not give rise to any damages from Carré Blanc Belux. In the event of a package being returned due to the customer's absence, a problem with the delivery address or an inability to receive the package, Carré Blanc will charge the customer for the reshipping costs.

CONTROL OF THE ORDER

At the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the items delivered (quality, quantity, conformity with the order, etc.). No complaints will be taken into account after the expiry of the period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of the items. A justified complaint made within this period will entitle the customer to exchange or refund the product, without any other compensation. In the event of damage to your package, you have the option of refusing delivery. Notify Carré Blanc customer service via the contact form available online by clicking here . We will then initiate a complaints procedure with the carrier. In the event of a dispute, the investigation may last up to 21 working days.
